@greg-skidmorebelpointe-com To prevent accounts from being pulled into Trends, they can be flagged as “demo” accounts. This is the only way to prevent them from being included altogether. @ericnavigoe-com It looks like you have not registered for Ascent yet. When you hover over the app icon in Orion, you should see a blue register button below it. When you click on that, you’ll get a registration page. Logins usually take overnight to set up. Please let me know if that does not work for you!
