@greg-skidmorebelpointe-com To prevent accounts from being pulled into Trends, they can be flagged as “demo” accounts. This is the only way to prevent them from being included altogether. @greg-skidmorebelpointe-com Thank you for the Topic. Using the Business Line and/or Management Style are both great ways to track information. Orion also offers the ability to create Custom fields as a way to monitor data. For additional information on creating Custom fields, please submit a help case through the Reconciliation group page.
