Q: Is the Customized URL link in Client Portal the same idea as the framed in login?
A: No. The customized URL in the Client Portal is best used as a link when you want to open the login page in a new tab. Framing in the login screen would be a good solution if you want to keep the user on your site.
Q: Is SSO available for clients (wealth advisor firms) and user access to Orion Advisor Services? We use Centrify as our identity provider.
A: Yes. Depending on which method you choose to implement, we can support SSO from our platform to yours, and vice-versa.
