ADV Mailing

We have been using Orion’s Portfolio Audit app to export customized mailing lists for different email notifications to clients. I was thinking it would be great to use for ADV mailings but then you see the rub, households only have one email address. ADV’s must be sent to each client, not each household.

Are there any thoughts around adding a place for all emails in a household needing to receive these annual mailings?

If not, do any of you other RIA’s have a back door way of using Orion to accomplish your mailing or do you just use a different database?

We have a similar problem here, but in regards to the Deliver App only being able to send scheduled emails to the HH email address of file.
Have you found a suitable workaround yet?

We did find a work around for this. We created a field on the custom fields tab on the Household level for spouse/partner email addresses. You can pull information from this field and your normal household address and email fields in Portfolio Audit–custom data fields will show up there. We download it to excel for all of our ADV mailing via email and snail mail.
