Orion is looking into revamping the way we currently handle fixed income reporting for foreign bonds:
The two options we’re exploring are:

    1. Suppressing foreign bonds from reports altogether since it’s impossible to know what the exchange rate as of the day the bond matures is (which ties into numerous calculations on the report).
    2. Projecting Maturity Value, Coupon Payments to Maturity (tied into Yield to Maturity), etc. making the assumption that future exchange rates will be in line with the exchange rate as of the end date of whatever report you run.

We would love to gather information on this from our users. Which route would you prefer to see us take and why?
