Chat is great and efficient. I think it would be great though to have sound option with chat so that we get some type of alert when a message is sent. Sometimes i am working on other things while a chat is open and i may miss a reps response (especially if i am waiting on them looking into something). Then the chat times out on me.

Thanks!
