Great thoughts everyone! We’ve noticed interest in having alerts during chats and I agree that it would be beneficial. At this time we only have feedback surveys for phone calls and email. I’ll keep both of these ideas in mind as we have opportunities to make upgrades. Thank you for giving your feedback!
