Have you considered building separate groups based on how the clients want their reports delivered? You could make a group with a statement delivery method filter. Then you could create separate report batches based on how the client wants to receive their statement whether by email or in their portal.

What about a chat functionality for in-office communication such as Advisor-Representative or Representative-Client (via the client portal)? It would be convenient if we could see all of our reps that are currently online and be able to send them an instant message. There may be compliance issues restricting that type of communication, just a thought!
